1.1 Costs
During the checkout, shipping costs are determined depending on the order's weight and measurements. The final price for the cost of delivery to the consumer will be this price.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Transit Time

International Shipping:

The shipping time may vary between 14-30 business days for shipments outside of India. 

2.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed. 

On weekdays, except during Indian national holidays, we operate, Monday-Friday.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address requests at any time before the order has been dispatched.

2.4 Items Out of Stock
If a product is out of stock, we send out the in-stock products and ship the missing items until they are in stock again.

2.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the predicted time, please contact us to investigate to fulfill the order in time.

3. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which, based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider, they will follow their shipment progress.

4. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you discover a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the courier package if possible and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please take the following steps to contact us.

5. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been adjusted to the price of the products as displayed on the website.

6. Cancellations
Suppose you change your mind before receiving your order. In that case, we will be able to acknowledge cancelations before the order has been dispatched.

7.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
If a package is damaged in transit, a refund or replacement will be processed. 

7.8 Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a refund/replacement when the courier completed an investigation and deemed the package to have been misplaced.
